  • Account credentials and authentication data
  • Profile information and preferences
  • Communication history
  • Device information and app usage data

Data Retained for Compliance

  • Transaction records (anonymized after 7 years)
  • KYC documents (regulatory requirement)
  • Financial audit logs (required by law)
  • Fraud prevention data

Financial records are retained for 7 years as required by Iraqi banking regulations.

Important

Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Ensure your balance is zero before requesting deletion. Processing may take up to 30 days.
