  • Contact information and communication history
  • Device information and app usage data

Data Retained for Legal Compliance

  • Transaction records (anonymized after 7 years)
  • KYC documents (retained for regulatory compliance)
  • Financial audit logs (required by law)
  • Fraud prevention data (security purposes)

Legal Retention Period: Financial records are retained for 7 years as required by Iraqi banking regulations and international anti-money laundering laws.

Important Notice

Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Ensure your account balance is zero before requesting deletion. Processing may take up to 30 days.
